We are happy to have our new little bundle of joy with us.
Aria was born on May 26th at 12:31pm. She weighed 8 lbs 11 oz and 21" long.
Our family of four is doing great. I had a natural un-medicated birth, and could not have done it without the support of my loving husband and wonderful doula. I'm so amazed from both of my children's births at what our bodies can do, and how quickly I can love another person more than I thought possible. I'm so happy to finally have Aria here with us, she was born about 10 days after her due date, and had us all patiently waiting for her safe arrival.
I love making hand-made gifts whenever I get the chance. Since Mother's Day is coming up, I decided to use some Craft Attitude to make these bracelets as gifts. Craft Attitude is really easy (and fun) to work with for projects like this. Be sure to enter the giveaway at the end of this post.
Print the images you want to transfer onto your Craft Attitude product. I printed out a variety of images since I wanted to make more than one bracelet. Apply glue to the bangle using the glue stick. I started buy putting it just around the outside of the bangle. Peel off the printed Wood Attitude film and smooth it around the bracelet. The film is very forgiving when using a glue stick. You can realign it if the placement is off. FYI:You will see part of the wood showing through since the printed design is transparent.Use scissors to trim some of the excess film off. Using the glue stick add a little more glue to each side of the bracelet and wrap the design around the edge for a more finished look.
That's it! Pretty easy and fun to make.
I made some extras with different patterns so I could keep a few for myself. Below is also an example of how the bracelet looks if you paint it white. I painted the wood white first for the Boardwalk pics design to have the images look brighter. I hope you enjoy this tutorial. I can't express how much I love using the Craft Attitude products! The links below are for the other blog hop projects using Craft Attitude. Be sure to check out their projects (and giveaways).

One of my pages from project life 2013. I'm loving the stamps and just ordered extra ink pads, so I can play more. Do you have favorite inks for stamping?Have you also tried the mini folders & note card yet? There are 2 sets - one for Sweet Notes and a set for Composition & Color. They are great to use and come in different sizes to fit inside the page protectors.
I don't think I'm going to be caught up on project life before baby #2 comes, but I'm enjoying it when I can.
I've blogged about my love for craft attitude and scrapbook attitude. There are so many cool ways to use this product. I used it to put my digital images on these cameras and a typewriter. The results were fantasic. I was invited to use it for a new DIY Mother's Day project that I will be blogging on May 9th. You can pick up some of the cool products before then and check out these other blogs for DIY Mother's Day projects using craft attitude. Here is the schedule below...

I'm getting ready for Easter tomorrow. We are going to be dying eggs in the afternoon so I pinned a bunch of my favorite DIY ideas on pinterest. I'm excited to try the ones using washi tape & stickers. Hoping my 2 year old can do some of these with my help. You can see the links to all the blogs from the photos above on my pinterest board.
The new collections from CHA are shipping now. Check you favorite LSS or online stores for them. Both collections are also available at 2peas! Here are the links for Sweet Notes and Composition & Color.
I created some layouts for inspiration using a mix of both lines. I used the stickers, stamps, washi tapes, papers, overlays, cards and trim! I'm very trilled to have these in stores, and I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's creations.

We are celebrating Adelle's 2nd birthday this weekend so there's lots of party prep going on around here.
I used my new trim & stamps for the hat. (and Tim Holtz's tiny attacher to put it all together - one of my favorite tools)The birthday girl :)
I'm really enjoying making these little onesies.
Here's a few more I made over the weekend using my Spoonflower fabrics.
(FYI- when making these I'm adding applique on the back. That way I can sew them first with a machine to get the detail I want- then iron on the onesie.) It's a labor of love...
I made this cute onesie for baby #2 using some of my simple patterns. I'm still playing around with more designs, but for now I have these fabrics and the owl pattern for sale in my Spoonflower shop. I'm hoping to make a lot more of these for the new baby in the next 2 months.
